HOW IS QUALITY CONTROLLED? 

We have a dedicated QC team. We visit factories frequently throughout the production process and closely watch every step of production so as to avoid mistake or poor quality and always keep clients in the loop. 

WHAT IS NINGBO ARGO ROLE IF THE PARTS ARE NOT OF SUFFICIENT QUALITY?

We take action immediately and manage problem solving, root-cause-analysis, and be constantly on top of the factory to redo the parts. Often, we play the buffer/lubrication role so that the factory and customer can have a working relationship and avoid gridlock.
